new home builder in the Highland Lakes area. Our story with the Paragon Property Group tells it all....

Our first 'workforce-priced' home in Granite Shoals was started in 2005, and was nearing completion in March of 2006. Attempting to sell the property during the building process, we listed with local agents before breaking ground. During the building months, we switched agents several times hoping to work with a true team-oriented agent (someone who would actually call us from time to time instead of us having to call them, for instance.) After nearly a year, none had managed to get us a contract or even an offer to consider!

We'd been told by another builder that the Paragon Property Group was a great new agency in town and we should really consider listing with them. Frustrated and angry we decided to give up on the long-term guys and give the new kids in town a try. We met with Sue Ellett on a Tuesday morning and by 5 o'clock that evening an MLS listing was active, a brochure was on the property and viewings were already scheduled. We had a full-priced contract by Friday morning! In less than a week, the Paragon Property agents had done something four other local agents had been unable to do in nearly a year's time.

Halley Construction Company is now building our fourth new home in Granite Shoals. All have been sold prior to completion, and for full-asking price.
